ORGANIC PORCINI MUSHROOM RISOTTO- so good, our advice is to serve it on its own as a first course. The organic rice does not overcook or become mushy and along with the porcini dried mushrooms, makes this mushroom risotto an instant and healthy hit. Add a little butter and parmesan cheese.

 

ORGANIC TOMATO AND BASIL RISOTTO- while all the packets of risotto make amazing main entrees, we think this particular one goes perfectly as a side dish to chicken. It can be prepared on the stove or in a microwave, as perfect meals ready to eat for emergencies. Let’s say you’re running late for dinner, this can be ready in less than 20 minutes.

 

ORGANIC MIXED VEGETABLES RISOTTO- perfect way to sneak some vegetables into the dinner of your little ones, or to anyone that usually snubs them.  The Carnaroli risotto rice is known for its use in making risotto, just like Arborio rice. It absorbs flavor well, which you will notice when making these rice sides.

 

ORGANIC ASPARAGUS RISOTTO- perfect with steak, tastes fresh and compliments a lot of different type of food. Your guests would never guess that it’s a prepackaged meal.

 

STOVE TOP PREPARATION: 

  1. Sauté content with 1 tbsp butter or olive oil in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 21/25 fluid oz (650/750 ml) of boiling water.
  3. Stir and cook for 15/17 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and add grated parmesan cheese and butter and salt to taste.

MICROWAVE PREPARATION:

  1. Pour the content of the bag in a microwavable bowl with 21 fluid oz of cold water and cook for 15 minutes (at 660 Watts).
  2. Stir in a little butter and parmesan cheese and salt to taste.

Each risotto comes in a 250 gr (8.82 oz) package.

-PORCINI MUSHROOM RISOTTO: Carnaroli rice, porcini mushrooms 3,2% (Boletus Edulis), sea salt, yeast extract, extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, corn starch, carrot, celery, soy miso, herbs, spices.

 

-TOMATO AND BASIL RISOTTO: Carnaroli rice, tomato 4,4%, basil 0,4%, sea salt, yeast extract, extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, corn starch, carrot, celery, soy miso, herbs, spices.

 

-MIXED VEGETABLES RISOTTO: Carnaroli rice, vegetables 4,8% in variable proportions, (zucchini, carrot, eggplant, potato, tomato, bell pepper), sea salt, yeast extract, extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, corn starch, celery, soy miso, herbs, spices.  

 

-ASPARAGUS RISOTTO: Carnaroli rice, asparagus 2,8%, sea salt, yeast extract, extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, corn starch, carrot, celery, soy miso, herbs, spices.
