Shipping, Returns & Cancellations – The Fine Market

SHIPPING

The Fine Market ships to all locations in the Contiguous United States, as well as Hawaii and Alaska.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Our orders are processed and shipped within 12 hours of receipt.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to the email you've provided once your order ships.

Any order received after 12 p.m. EST on Friday will ship the following Monday or next business day.

Our shipping rates can change slightly based on what our shipping carriers are offering. Delays can occur due to weather, availability and national holidays.

Standard shipping is 2-5 business days unless Fedex Overnight is selected (Sundays not included in both options.)

We will always do our best to provide you with the quickest service.

 

RETURNS

We do our best to select the best products for you and it is very important to us that all our customers are satisfied. 

If you are not happy with an item that was purchased, contact us at support@thefinemarket.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number in your email.

Note that perishable items and sale items are not eligible for return and we cannot refund shipping costs.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Any order cancellation must be received by us before you've received a shipment confirmation via email meaning that your order has been shipped from our facility.

Contact us right away at orders@thefinemarket.com with your order number requesting a cancellation. 

Make sure to write CANCELLATION REQUEST in your subject line.
