- Are all your products Organic?

We have two strict rules we try to follow when deciding what products to carry for our customers. Firstly that it is either Certified Organic by USDA or EU standards or it has been produced with the utmost quality and with little to no extra chemicals or pesticides and secondly that it is NON-GMO. - When will I receive my order?

During your check out you will be able to decide what method of shipping is best for you. Please keep in mind that orders received after 12 p.m EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday or the next following business day in the case of any holiday. Please take a look at Our Shipping Policy.  

 

- Is it possible to cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel any order placed please contact us via email right away. Note that we cannot cancel any order that has already been shipped. Please take a look at Our Cancellation Policy.  

 

- What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

We want to know! Email us right away at support@thefinemarket.com and let us know what is going on. Make sure to include your order number. You can also have a look at Our Return Policy.
