EXTRA "ARTICHOKEY" DIP

Artichoke dip is a great hot dish to have ready and out for your loved ones during the holidays but we've made added our artichoke spread to give it an extra punch of flavor and really get your holidays going. #YUM

Here's the quick recipe.

EXTRA "ARTICHOKEY" DIP

THE INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 jar of Organic Artichoke Spread (about 4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic (grated extra fine)
  • 1 1/2 cups of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 14 oz of canned artichoke hearts (drained and roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup of frozen spinach (thawed and drained very well)

 

THE HOW TO:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a deep baking dish
    (you will serve directly in this dish so make sure you pick one that you'd like on your table)

  2. Mix all your ingredients together until they are a homogenous mixture and tastes delicious (you can add more of any of the ingredients to your taste)

  3. Place in your dish and bake for 20 minutes or until nice and bubbling

  4. Serve with pita chips or veggies and enjoy!
